Recipe: Salmon with Caper Sauce
Ingredients:
- 800 g salmon fillet
- 350 g zucchini or as needed
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- dried parsley, to taste
For the sauce:
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1-2 tbsp capers
- pepper, to taste
- water, to taste
For the salad (you can adjust the amount according to the number of people eating):
- 200 g cucumbers
- 200 g tomatoes
- 150 g Iceberg lettuce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt, freshly ground pepper, to taste
How to make salmon:
- Cut the salmon into pieces of the desired size, rub with spices and leave for 15-20 min to marinate.
- Fry the fish in a pan on both sides. We recommend not to use fat because the fat from the fish is enough. However, if your pan is not very good, you can grease it with a little oil.
- Cut the zucchini into slices, season with salt and pepper and fry separately in a pan.

How to make salad:
- Cut all the vegetables into pieces of the desired size.
- Mix lemon juice, oil, mustard, spices together, pour over the vegetables and mix everything.
How to make sauce:
- Add a little water to a separate pan or small pot, add cream cheese, capers, pepper and heat everything while stirring until the sauce thickens. Adjust the thickness with the amount of water.
- Serve the salmon with zucchini, the sauce and the salad.
