Chicken Steaks with Oranges and Caper Sauce
Ingredients:
- 3 pcs. chicken breasts
- 1 pc. orange
- 1 pc. onion
- 2 tbsp. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. capers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 0.5 tbsp. flour
- 0.5 cube chicken stock
- fresh parsley, to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- oil for frying
For the salad:
- 200 g cucumbers
- 200 g tomatoes
- 150 g Iceberg lettuce
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. grainy mustard
- salt, freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions:
- Pour a cup of hot water into the stock cube and dissolve.
- Cut the chicken in half, season each steak with spices and fry in a pan on both sides.
- When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside.
- Add a drizzle of oil to the same pan, add the chopped onion and garlic, fry lightly.
- Then pour in the stock, add the flour, add the cream cheese, mix everything well.
- Add the capers, chopped parsley, orange slices, sauté until slightly thickened.
- Finally, add the prepared chicken and sauté for about 15 minutes.
- For the salad, cut the vegetables, season with oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and spices and mix.
- Serve the chicken steaks with the sauce, an orange slice and salad.
